A former Divisional Director of HAVAS, Steve has worked with clients as diverse as Microsoft, BAE Systems, Volvo and Vodafone. Steve started the original Engage agency in 2007, and in 2018 invited former colleagues, suppliers and associates to form the new partnership in response to the economic and client environment. Steve is a lifelong writer, passionate about strategy, content and engaging with audiences.

The former Head of Database Marketing for NatWest Bank, and Marketing Director for a Private Healthcare Company, Lisa has more than 20 years’ client-side marketing experience. Since moving to agency life, Lisa has run her own copywriting team and worked with brands as diverse as Skoda and Weight-Watchers. Lisa is a creative wordsmith, diligent copy editor and no-nonsense thinker.

Mike’s great strength is his ability to see an idea quickly from iteration to execution.
