The Challenge:

Microsoft sells through a traditional IT channel network of distributors and resellers around the globe. Across software, hardware and cloud solutions, the need to keep vast numbers of sales and support staff informed is a mammoth task. Different languages, cultures and infrastructure serve to make this even more complex.


Of course, Microsoft have their own SharePoint and Yammer solutions. But they turned to Engage to help motivate and enthuse staff through a unique social-based platform called ‘Prosper’. Mixing education and community based modules, we engaged a disparate third-party workforce and motivated them to achieve sales goals. On-line promotions delivered stunning results and a performance-dashboard enabled local management to review and impact sales in real-time.
