TP Group had been through a period of rapid transition, acquiring new businesses and developing new capabilities, as well as moving into a new Head Office. To consolidate this, the business asked Engage to help communicate the company’s new vision, mission and values, following an all-hands launch.
Using the brand’s distinctive orange and grey colour palette, we devised a new stand handbook, posters and presentation collateral. We also designed a new reception area for the Head Office, majoring on the brand, while retaining and utilising the original fabric of the building to minimise budget. The whole campaign was managed to transform environments and provide new brand materials alongside the rollout of the new values.
The new brand values were met with great enthusiasm across the business, and subsequently shaped marketing communications more generally. Engage was appointed to design the brand’s DSEI stands (including for another acquired company – WESTEK) and continued to deliver brand communications across print, exhibitions and also a new brand film. TP Group was then acquired by Science Group.
