Niteworks was established by the MOD to provide a commercially neutral environment to address complex Defence challenges through a partnership between MOD, industry and academia. They engaged us to help with clarity around communications.
We conducted an audit which demonstrated inconsistencies across the proposition, presentation and promotion of Niteworks, which were causing confusion for members, users and across the defence ecosystem.
A fresh, new consistent brand delivered with simple, practical guidelines to help deliver consistently recognisable communications. Which led to increased awareness, confidence and trust in the organisation to solve tough problems quickly for those on the front lines.
